Ben Borchers
Chief Executive Officer
Ben is a third-generation insurance professional born and raised in the insurance industry. He has a degree in finance from Miami University of Ohio and has spent the last 20 years building long-term, successful relationships with his clients. His success is based on his intense focus on his clients’ needs, what is best for them, their unique challenges, and delivering superior results.
Since 2004, Ben has specialized in healthcare insurance. He is a highly specialized professional liability insurance expert. Ben is a strategic thinker, and his background, insight and expertise allow him to create and implement solutions that are well suited for his clients.
Ben enjoys providing an extremely elevated level of service, serving as his clients’ “go-to” guy. He treats his clients’ needs just as seriously as if they were his own. This means ensuring his client can face the financial risks of life comfortably and confidently.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife of 22 years and two daughters, spending time with friends, traveling the world, skiing, scuba diving, soccer, card games and good food and wine.

Devin, co-owner and President of Prevail Insurance Management Services, Inc., is an experienced insurance professional serving the healthcare industry. He is a results-focused, seasoned business executive with a unique blend of expertise and over 35 years of experience in business & financial management, organizational leadership, strategic planning, and customer relation skills.
Highly regarded for delivering excellence, results and exceptional service, Devin has a passion for creating transformational impact and building authentic relationships. Whether by extending superior service and implementing improvements for his clients, or through his involvement in outside interests such as global missions work, he is committed to achieving outstanding results.
Devin’s successful career includes executive leadership and Chief Operating Officer roles in diverse environments: commercial banking, private business, non-profit sectors, public relations and insurance management. He has successfully taken several organizations through challenging turnarounds and high-growth situations, and has a keen ability to envision the future, see the big-picture issues, as well as grasp detailed perspectives. Devin excels in developing innovative financial strategies for success, implementing new organizational goals and driving accountability to meet critical performance-based objectives.
After living in several places around the US, Devin, his wife of 31 years, and their family now live in Granite Bay, CA. Spending time with family is a priority and he also enjoys adventure sports, the surf and sand, mountain biking, world travel, gourmet cooking, fine wine, and good coffee.
